Terms and Conditions

We believe in absolute transparency. Before we scrub a single tile or polish your ceramics, it's vital we're both on the same page regarding expectations and obligations. Have a quick read through - we've kept it as plain English as possible.

1. Booking & Payments

When you book a move-out clean with [[COMPANY_NAME]], you're securing a dedicated slot in our professional schedule. We don't just 'show up'; we prepare. A deposit may be required for larger real estate contracts to ensure resources are properly allocated.

Payment is expected within 24 hours of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made for recurring rental partners. We're a local business, so prompt payment helps us keep the vans moving!

Is there a minimum call-out fee? Yes, to ensure our specialists are fairly compensated for travel and setup, we maintain a baseline service fee of £85.

2. Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we get it. But last-minute shifts hurt. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' warning will incur a 50% service charge. It's only fair to our crews who planned their day around your property.

3. Property Access

How do we get in? We're experts at cleaning, not lock-picking. Please ensure keys are left in a secure lockbox or that a property manager is on-site to greet us. If we can't get in, we can't clean, and a missed appointment fee will apply.

4. Ceramic Care & Specifics

At [[COMPANY_NAME]], our specialty is the restoration and protection of ceramic surfaces. We use pH-neutral cleansers specifically formulated for high-end tiles and splashbacks. We won't use abrasive chemicals that strip the glaze from your expensive kitchen ceramics.

However, we're cleaners, not magicians. While we'll do our best with ingrained limescale or 20-year-old grout stains, some permanent damage may be beyond the scope of a standard deep clean.

5. Liability & Limitations

We're fully insured, providing peace of mind for both tenants and landlords. In the rare event of a mishap, we need to be notified within 48 hours of service completion to investigate. Why the rush? Because after 48 hours, it's impossible to tell if the issue was ours or caused by subsequent movers.

We don't move heavy furniture (over 20kg) for health and safety reasons. If you want us to clean behind that massive Victorian wardrobe, please have it moved before we arrive.
